I am your coach, and new friend, we will walk together to create your health producing life.
You’ll get your life organized and healthy! After you have read Your Health in Your Hands-Living and Aging Well your next step is to have a conversation that will help you create the plan and move you forward on your plan.
You will want to make avaliable quick and great tasting foods, so cooking classes will be part of the first step: Your Health in the Kitchen will give you tips on setting up your kitchen, shopping the health food stores, choosing the healthiest foods at your grocery store and preparing healthy foods quickly and easily.
After you have digested the DVD you can keep your mind focused on wellness by listening to 8 one hour CD’s Living in a Healthy Body Renewing Your Mind for Your Health . I always have something I am studying in my car and on my MP3 player so if I am driving or waiting somewhere I can use that time to renew my mind.
Renewing your mind is the biggest secret to transforming your life and health in any area.
