Breath

Cultures for centuries have used deep breathing to relax and alkaline the body to create health. Learn the benefits and the techniques of relaxation and deep breathing. On page 24 of my newest book.. You have the ability to help yourself feel better. Becoming aware of the push you feel from circumstance is the first step. The next step is positive self talk or conscious involvement with your circumstances. Some people like to call it being present, stating, “I am doing fine and I will get thorough this” another good reminder of your power is “I am breathing deep and energizing my senses and awareness.”

Your best friend and fuel is the clean air around you. I know our air is not the cleanest but is what we have. The ions outside are alkaline and going out side to relax and refresh are a must.
