I totally and completely except myself just as I am.

If you are obsessed with changing because you don’t like something about yourself, you are sabotaging your success. You must except your self as you are today and continue to grow towards all you were created to be.

First bike ride today on my new bike (Trek 3700) was awesome! We rode more than 8 miles (Waynesville to Spring Valley and back). Fall is absolutely the perfect time to begin! The autumn leaves, woods and harvested fields produce fragrances that take me back to when I was a child, growing up in the country. I was lost in memories. When the raccoon ran across the path in front of me, it brought me right back to reality! It’s true what they say….. once you learn to ride a bike, you’ll never forget. I can’t wait to ride tomorrow!
