The Easiest Way to add Nutrition to Your Day

Green super foods are an easy way to add nutrient dense start to your day. I have a smoothie every morning and include a heaping tablespoon of Greens + to sometimes just water but I am sure to always have my greens. I also like fresh ground flax, chia, or hemp seeds and cranberry juice from fresh cranberries when avaliable. Check it our it is an easy first step to good nutrition.
